Conform\u00e9ment aux lignes directrices financi\u00e8res applicables et aux recommandations de la Commission europ\u00e9enne, les r\u00e8gles en mati\u00e8re de march\u00e9s publics ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Les offres doivent \u00eatre soumises par courrier \u00e9lectronique au plus tard \u00e0 <strong>12h00 le lundi 10 ao\u00fbt
