De conformidad con las directrices financieras aplicables y siguiendo las recomendaciones de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, se han aplicado las normas de contrataci\u00f3n p\u00fablica correspondientes.<\/p><p>Las ofertas deber\u00e1n presentarse por correo electr\u00f3nico a m\u00e1s tardar a las <strong>12:00 horas del lunes 10 de agosto de
